I am trained in a variety of therapeutic and healing modalities from relaxation massage to sports and deep tissue massage. I fully believe that my purpose in life is to aid in the healing process through massage and energy healing. It's amazing what our bodies are capable of and it's extremely important to take care of them. After all, we only get one body in this life.
